The American Society of Military Insignia Collectors (ASMIC) is a society of patch collectors. It concentrates on U.S. Army insignia, but includes collectors of other interests also. They publish a slick quarterly magazine, Trading Post; a bimonthly newsletter of upcoming shows and classified ads; and a directory. They publish a variety of catalogs of Army insignia, DIs, and patches and maintain a library of reference materials for members to borrow. Dues are US$25.00 a year.
